This is the kind of music I strive to make. It's so aggressive and sounds so cool. What synth are you using for that growly sound during the drop?

HEXebyte responds:

I'm so glad you like it!

For pretty much all the synth sounds I'm using custom patches in Phase Plant; I usually split my bass sounds into 3 layers (I did in this case) I have the high end (top) which is a wavetable, the main (body) which is two wavetables FMed together, and the sub, which is usually a simple distorted sinewave (set to 'direct out' for clean subs).

I also manually automate the motion/growl of the sounds with automation clips in FL studio, I don't use built in LFOs for most major sound motion.

This is so heavy. I'm really diggin your music!

EthoShark responds:

much appreciated :)

Sounds great! I love the dubstep sounds near the end :)

EthoShark responds:

thanks :D

How do you constantly release BANGERS?!

boza44 responds:

thank you!!

This is beautiful. I just wish it was a little longer. The ending sounded like it was about to go somewhere and the track started to put me in a zone that I wasn't ready to leave yet. A zone that made me feel nice and relaxed :)

Zelit responds:

Thanks a lot for your feedback! Really appreciate your thoughts on this! :)

Very spacey! Nice and laid back :)

boza44 responds:

definitely, took my time on this one, let it flow

This is so beautiful. You make so many well composed tracks. You have a lot of talent, that's for sure! :)

boza44 responds:

thank you so so much, glad you liked it. Looking forward to hearing your next release as well.

Definitely mellow :) when the lead synth came in at 1:30 i nearly creamed my pants, dude. Good job with this track!

boza44 responds:

thank you so much

The bassline throughout this track is really nice! It's a groovy track :) I feel like the snare could had stuck out a bit more, like increase the high-end a bit to help it punch and shine a bit more. Other than that, i find this to be a great composition.

TurbonicZ responds:

i couldn't do much with the snare, since the drums were just the Amen Break and some non-copyright DnB drum from Samplefocus, but i understand the high end. thanks though!

Loves me a good trance song, and this one is definitely catchy! The only thing that threw me off a bit was at 1:45 when the lead synth cuts in. It comes in quite loud and slightly overpowers the rest of the song. Maybe could had come down more in the mix or even ducked more with the kick. Other than that, I had fun bopping to this track :D

UPYOUR1999 responds:

Ahhh I noticed the volume a day after I uploaded but it was too late qq, will definitely be more precise in my next mix.

I produce, mix, and master music. Trying to get better at songwriting. I mainly like producing dance music.
